At Idea Max, we make it our mission to process and ship orders quickly and reliably.

Turnaround Times

  • DTF Transfers & PermaStickers – Ships Same or Next Business Day (order by 2pm EST)

  • Supplies & Consumables – Ships Same Business Day (order by 2pm EST)

  • Blank Apparel – Ships Same Business Day (order by 4:30pm EST)

Most orders ship same or next business day. In rare cases, processing may take 2–3 business days. Expedited and Jump The Line orders are always prioritized.

Shipping Locations

We deliver across the United States.

  • Orders outside the contiguous U.S. (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii) may require extra shipping time.

  • Blank apparel orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Shipping Options

  • Ground Shipping (5–7 Business Days) – $6.89 (Free over $69 of Transfers)

  • Blank Apparel Shipping (1–2 Business Days) – $8.89 (Free over $39 of Blanks)

  • Blank Apparel Economy Shipping (2–4 Business Days) – $6.89 (Free over $39 of Blanks, otherwise $0)

Expedited Options (calculated at checkout)

  • Expedited Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

  • Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (2 Business Days)

  • Guaranteed 1 Day Delivery (1 Business Day)

  • Guaranteed Next Day Early (as early as 12pm)

  • Saturday Delivery (available for orders placed after Thursday 3pm; eligibility required)

Delivery & Delays

Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Delivery destination circumstances

  • Weather or natural events

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address information

Contact us with any shipping-related issues and we’ll do our best to resolve them quickly.

Tracking Numbers

  • Your tracking number will be provided by email once your item(s) have shipped.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for the shipping carrier to activate/update your tracking number.

  • If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.
